Special tools are used to reach behind the body panel and push the dent out. In places that can not be reached from behind because of intrusion bars or double panels, hot glue is used to pull out the dent. The tools we use are specialy made and are used by professionally trained technicians qualified by the Motor Vehicle Repair Industry Council in Australia, Portugal, Germany and the United states.
